I have loved using the Fond of Autumn bundle by Stampin’ Up! so much! I’ve really been amazed by how many different looks can be achieved using this one set with its dies.  Not ready for fall yet? Simply don’t use the acorns and leaves and stick with the florals.  There is no right or wrong way to color these either! Just go with what you want and let your creativity guide you!

For this card, I wanted a softer color scheme.  I began with a base of Soft Succulent and embossed a layer using the Timber 3D embossing folder.  I stamped the main image in Tuxedo Black Memento ink several times since I knew I would need to layer multiple images.  I went with Crumb Cake Stampin’ Blends for the Oak leaves and Soft Suede for the acorns.  The other leaves were colored in Soft Succulent and Evening Evergreen.  The final color was Petal Pink for the berries and the cardstock for the banner. 

Once I had everything colored and die cut into the separate pieces, I began playing around with arrangements to see how it would looks.  Here’s a tip!  Get your phone out and snap pictures! This helps immensely to compare and also to refer back to when you are gluing everything down! Once I had an arrangement to my liking, I added Stampin’ Dimensionals to adhere my pieces to the card.  

For the finishing touch, I wrapped some linen thread around the banner, added a bow and then a few Elegant Faceted Gems!  I’m really in love with these colors!
